Who are we?
We are a family run plumbing and heating business based in Farnham, Surrey. Est in 2016 with both Laura and Mike. With Mike having many years’ experience in the Plumbing sector both commercially and domestic and Laura having many years’ experience within customer service.
We offer a personalised service whilst building longstanding relationships with our customers and developing a solid relationship within the community.
We have a brilliant team of engineers and are pleased to say are all fully qualified in NVQ level 3 gas and unvented. All our engineers are up to date with the most recent regulations with attending regular courses.
Not only are we qualified in domestic gas, but we are also qualified in commercial gas, making our services available to not only a local client but also larger commercial premises.
We also specialise in carrying out plumbing and heating works in schools, with offering service and maintenance contracts.

Our Team
Mike & Laura
Mike is one of the founders of Forte Heating Services, he has many years’ experience in the commercial and domestic sector. His passion since a young age was to create a plumbing and heating company unlike any other. And WOW he has certainly done this. He is the face of the company with a work ethic and drive that is unbeaten! His attention to detail and knowledge is what has driven this company.
Laura is one of the founders of Forte Heating Services, she isn’t qualified in plumbing / heating, however, has many years of experience in admin and customer care. She is the voice of the company, although our customers may not see her in person, she is always at the end of the phone. Her passion is to create a plumbing and heating company that doesn’t treat you as just a number but a valued customer. Laura shares the same passion and work ethic as Mike creating a driven team to succeed.
Sean
Sean has been with us since the beginning and has helped and watch our company grow to what it is today. He is a valued member of the team and works extremely hard to work to a tight deadline whilst working at a high standard. No job is too big or small for Sean. His knowledge of heating systems is outstanding, and he is always willing to take on a challenge, he goes the extra mile when it comes to deadlines and is always a brilliant team player. Whilst Sean is qualified in all areas of plumbing and gas his main passion is larger installs and to work in the commercial sector.
Josh
Josh is another valued member of our team, he hasn’t been with us as long, but don’t let that fool you! His workmanship and knowledge are second to none and we are extremely proud of how he is coming along in the company. Josh’s passion is motorsport of which he likes to do in his spare time, this reflects his personality at work, with being a brilliant team player. He is always willing to work above and beyond to get the job done.
George
George has many years of experience in both domestic and the commercial sector, this guy does it all. We are super lucky to have him as a member of our team, he has an amazing knowledge of boilers and loves a challenge. He is our YODA when it comes to boiler breakdowns. George is always willing to extend his knowledge when the opportunity arises.
