We offer a brilliant service to try and make things as easy as possible for you. Our team will arrive at the premises and locate each boiler and/or hot water cylinder. We then attach a QR code to each appliance.

Each appliance then gets logged onto our system with all the necessary details. This includes a pin point location on a map to help an engineer locate the exact location of the appliance in question. If there is ever an issue with the appliance you can scan the QR code and attach a message which will be forwarded to our office.

We can then organise an engineer to arrive swiftly and resolve the issue.

We offer a range of different servicing and maintenance contracts; this can also cover servicing of all TMV’s and gas proving systems. Our contracts are individual to your schools’ requirements, at a competitive price. We ensure all our engineers are Enhanced DBS checked, meaning we can rapidly respond to issues.

If you use us as your servicing and maintenance provider, we can offer a guarantee regarding breakdowns and call outs. This will mean you will be our priority and we will aim to arrive within 2-4hours from first call out. This service is a 24hour call out service.

Boiler installations and upgrades for schools involve the fitting of new boilers or enhancing existing systems to improve efficiency and performance. This process is crucial for maintaining an optimal heating system that meets the energy demands of larger spaces efficiently.

The installation or upgrade begins with a detailed assessment of the premises to determine the most suitable boiler type and size, considering factors such as the area to be heated, existing infrastructure, and specific school needs. Our Gas Safe Registered engineer will then install the new boiler, ensuring it is properly integrated and connected. This may include upgrading associated pipework and controls to handle the new system’s requirements.

Regular maintenance following installation ensures the boiler operates at peak efficiency. Upgrading to more energy-efficient boilers can significantly reduce energy costs and environmental impact. This can be a strategic investment for schools aiming to enhance their operational sustainability and comply with current energy regulations.

Science classroom gas proving systems for schools are essential safety installations designed to monitor and control the gas supply in science laboratories. These systems ensure that gas is only available when required and shut it off automatically if a fault or hazard is detected. For example, a leak or sudden pressure change. A gas proving system enhances safety by allowing teachers to control the gas supply and preventing unauthorised access. Installation involves fitting gas detectors, control panels, and shut-off valves, all of which are connected to the classroom’s gas supply. Regular maintenance and testing of the system are crucial to ensure reliable operation and compliance with safety standards, creating a safer learning environment for students and staff.

Thermostatic Mixing Valve (TMV) testing involves checking the functionality and safety of valves that blend hot and cold water to deliver water at a safe temperature. This prevents scalding and ensures compliance with health and safety regulations. Our qualified engineers will assess the TMV’s ability to maintain a consistent temperature even. This is especially important when the incoming water pressures or temperatures change. The testing includes verifying that the valve reacts correctly to adjustments and returns to a safe temperature setting after any fluctuations. Regular testing is essential for schools to ensure the continued safety of these devices for staff and students.
